Tantra to me is a lifestyle and continuance practice that I want to share with you. Tantra is about awakening, activating, and moving the kundalini energy, our vital life force/sex energy. Beginning to harness the energy to enlightenment, to find our heaven here on Earth. It is about becoming comfortable and aware in our own body, to expand and find the gift of pleasure in everyday life! Through tantra deeper connections with the self and others can be reached, and connecting deeper with your own self, myself, and others you can begin to harness that energy to experience the life you desire!! Tantra is a unique practice to each individual and often multiple modalities go hand in hand within one ceremony, session, and practices. Striving for expansion and growth for one’s self and life.
